Pick up and drop off service
We offer complimentary pick-up service for tour passengers at hotels/guesthouses in Reykjavik (please see individual tour descriptions for more details). Please be ready in time for your pick-up outside or in front of your accommodation. Drop off starts after indicated arrival time. Please note that drop off locations may not be directly in front of your hotel/guesthouse dictated by actual conditions (e.g. narrow streets, coach size, road works, etc.).
Changes and return times
Trips reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or timetables without prior notice, should the necessity arise. The estimated duration of tours as indicated on our website are standard times and can vary according to road or weather conditions and delays may occur for unforeseen reasons.
Admissions to sites, museums or exhibitions visited are included as described in tour information.
Unless specifically listed, meals and refreshments are not included. During full day tours there is a lunch stop at in conveiniant and suitable locations.

We are often dealing with nature and unpredictable situations due to weather and road conditions. In such case we are forced to cancel our tour(s). If so, information are given via e-mail if traveller has provided one in their booking. Notifications are also sent to major hotels and booking agents.
Rebooking due to canceled tour
If a tour is canceled by Trips travellers are able to rebook the tour on any given date after the initial canceled tour date. Rebooking is available as long as seats are available. If a tour is booked in a minibus with Trips we reserve the rights to rebook on a regular bus or any available vehicle.
Cancellations of tours must be made via email at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 12 hours prior to departure. We ask you to send us a notification as soon as possible, and not later than 24 hours before departure in order to receive a full refund. In case of cancellation on our behalf we notify you with as much notice as possible by email using the contact details provided in the booking process.
If you cancel your day trip with less than days notice (12 hours) there is no refund for your tour.
